Self Defense & Krav Maga

Learn effective self-defense techniques to address real-world situations. By using instinctive body movements and simple principles, you will learn to defend against common chokes, grabs, and bearhugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks. Along with the physical aspects of self-defense, you will also be exposed to the emotional aspects, such as threat neutralization, aggression, and controlling stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter.

Originally developed by Imi Lichtenfeld as a combat system for the Israeli Defense Forces, Krav Maga made its way into the United States as various U.S. military and law enforcement agencies were exposed and eventually found its way into the civilian sector. The original system has since been refined for civilian application to address scenarios found on the streets versus on the combat battlefields of the military. The techniques are simple and effective and designed for a broad spectrum of individuals. It’s practical approach to self defense will make you safer and more secure.
